This film follows Eros Riry and “Satu Manumata” later known as Manumata. Eros is a respected figure for Hip Hop music lovers in Ambon, he is the founder of Hip Hop community “Tahury” also form and manage Manumata, a talented youngster Hip Hop band with members of Eros cousins, named Oscar (11 y.o.), Jo (12 y.o.), Uthe (12 y.o.), and Ever (14 y.o.). They live at his grandmother's house (Riry Family house) along with 4 families, including Jo, Uthe, and Ever. The Riry family is Protestant who previously moved from Loki village, West Seram to Ambon in 2001 due to inter-religious conflicts that occurred in Maluku. This journey undertaken by Eros and Manumata is the hub of the film, following their life tracks as a musician who works in a small town in Eastern Indonesia, how Eros and his youngster cousin share their dreams, the dream from one of thousands Maluku conflict survivors, and how Eros chose music as his way of life and brought his family to dive in. Manumata, besides following their career in music, they never abandon their schooling to pursue their dreams. The narrative structure rests on how Eros conjures up memories of the past, during conflict and the story of Riry family in the aftermath of the sectarian conflict.
